Build-on-order information: Due to the small quantity, this item is only produced upon order and therefore has a rather long and imprecise delivery time of approximately 6 weeks. The advantage is: we can easily accommodate special requests, just write to us and we'll see what's possible.

As a sales partner of Spiller Tuning, we are finally offering the highly anticipated GRP bonnet in TS-style again! Fully designed and made in Germany.

The bonnet is made entirely of GRP and features the 6 TS-style air vents, which provide your engine with much-needed cooling.

The bonnet comes with the following features:

-GRP bonnet with ventilation slits for better engine bay temperature

-Perfect fit as known from Spiller (check out the two detailed pictures of the carbon bonnet for this)

-Material certificate

-Pre-drilled holes for Aerocatches. The quick release bonnet pins are required for registration and completely eliminate the known "bonnet flutter" at high speeds. The original bonnet latch also remains.

Aerocatches are not included!

- Bonnet is minimally heavier than the OEM bonnet. Alternatively available in full carbon without certificate.

The bonnet will be delivered to you "raw", meaning it still needs to be primed and painted. Also, after painting, if necessary, ventilation grilles must be glued into the air inlets. This can usually be done easily by your painter or yourself. As of recently, black ventilation grilles are also included in the delivery!

The individual approval with the material certificate can generally be carried out by any suitable inspector. However, please always discuss in advance whether your inspector will do this. Especially with such parts, not every inspector is immediately on board, but with our material certificate, it should not be a problem. If you have any questions, please contact us.

It is not technically necessary, but it is good for the conscience of some: we are currently developing an optional water drain for the bonnet. This can also be retrofitted and can be useful if you often use the car in the rain or leave it outside. However, in all these years, there have never been any problems with the electrical system even without drains.

This bonnet is also available in visible carbon (i.e. GRP/CFRP mix) and full carbon (weight approx. 4 kg). Currently, however, unfortunately only without a material certificate and thus only suitable for motorsport! In the coming months, we are working on creating a material certificate for visible carbon and hope to be able to offer you this variant from spring onwards.
